How does the delivery process work?

• Once your order is processed in our system, the products undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they are in pristine condition.
• Following the final quality check, items are securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery logistics partners.
• Our delivery team will bring the package to your doorstep as swiftly as possible. If they encounter difficulties reaching your provided address or finding a suitable time, they will contact you directly to arrange a solution.
• We strictly adhere to a ‘closed box delivery’ policy. This is essential to guarantee product authenticity, maintain your privacy, and prevent any tampering or adulteration.

How are items packaged?

We safely pack your products in sturdy cardboard boxes, including your invoice. Every single item is individually wrapped with care, and fragile products (such as glass bottles) are heavily secured with bubble wrap for maximum protection.

What are the delivery charges?

Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT
Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT

What is the estimated delivery time?

Inside Dhaka: 1-2 business days
Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days

Please note that deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to severe weather, political unrest, transportation disruptions, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such events, our customer relationship team will keep you informed.

• এরপর ডেলিভারি টিম যত দ্রুত সম্ভব প্যাকেজটি আপনার কাছে পৌঁছে দেয়। যদি কোনো কারণে আপনার ঠিকানায় পৌঁছাতে বা যোগাযোগ করতে সমস্যা হয়, তবে ডেলিভারি টিম দ্রুত সমাধানের জন্য আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করবে।
• আমরা কঠোরভাবে ‘ক্লোজড বক্স ডেলিভারি’ পলিসি মেনে চলি। পণ্যের শতভাগ অথেন্টিসিটি নিশ্চিত করতে, গ্রাহকের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখতে এবং কোনো ধরনের ভেজাল রোধ করতে এটি অত্যন্ত জরুরি।

পণ্যগুলো কীভাবে প্যাকেজিং করা হয়?

আপনার ইনভয়েস সহ পণ্যগুলো মজবুত কার্ডবোর্ডের বক্সে নিরাপদে র‍্যাপিং করা হয়। প্রতিটি পণ্য আলাদাভাবে যত্ন সহকারে প্যাক করা হয়। কাঁচের বোতল বা সহজে ভেঙে যাওয়ার আশঙ্কা রয়েছে এমন পণ্যগুলো সুরক্ষিত রাখতে বাবল র‍্যাপ ব্যবহার করা হয়।

ঢাকার মধ্যে: ১ – ২ দিন
